I would like to put in a complaint against MTN.I wanted know line with MTN. I then went and applied for a new, line on the 03/05/2013. I was told they were off line and left my details with the Consultant named above. With no feedback today 06/05/2013 I went back to and fro to get feedback. I then asked a friend to kindly find out if they were online at 14:00. The consultant then was very rude and abrupt he had not asked for feedback she just wanted to know when the application or systems was up and running. He blurted out the outcome saying it is DECLINED. My friend had given me the feedback I then called the store myself. Thanyane was very rude on the call and mentioned that I can complain because I was angry that I was declined. I would like the matter resolved as that is not the way clients should be treated at all. Where are the Values in customer service frontline
