Telkom is pathetic once again

I have no service ADSL/landline Since mid September I first logged a call it was closed a few days later as completed, a week went by and decided to see how far they are (i call them) and they tell me its been fixed, i was extremely upset as it certainly WAS NOT, i had to log another call, a few days went by and still no service this time due to cable being they said.

This past weekend i get a message to be told it is now fixed, i get home from shopping and guess what STILL NO SERVICE, i phone telkom in the morning and as i suspected the call has been closed, i had to log another call plus i filled out the online escalation form.

Im sure by now someone would have recognised this poor service but no, not Telkom they just go on with life no worries about the customers/fustrations and there breach of contract (charging me for no service).

HOW CAN YOU CLOSE THE SAME QUERY 3 TIMES IF HAS NOT BEEN FIXED EVEN ONCE.

We South Africans are not only slaves to there monoply on the market but also slaves to their incomptence amongst many other things.
