To whom ever responds to this complaint and works for MTN, please tell me how I can cancel a contract with MTN which involves data as I feel I am paying for nothing and am not being taken seriously. The details of my problem are in my previous posts and I have a record of Internet Speed Tests done online which prove that I am running browsers, games and applications on the internet at 0.1 Mbps. Done with the frustration, anger and being upset, as I have said in a previous post I have full 3G signal above my house (Tested this with a extension cable, but the length of cable increases the amount of lost speed..IRONICALLY its about 0.1Mbps loss on 5 meter cables..Wait..1Mbps? Where have I seen this number before? OH YES!! ITS MY INTERNET SPEED!!!)So, to whom it my concern this will be my last post on the subject and please inform me how to cancel the above stated contract, unless I am helped in this week and assisted by a MTN technician you will lose a customer, saying we are looking into it and trying to improve does not give me back months of void payments for null service. If a antenna is required I will not pay R2000.00 as a technician said casually when I asked him a year ago. Have a nice day
