Internet speed and signal strength deteriorated

I live 4km outside Thabazimbi. In April 2012 I changed my Internet from Vodacom to Mtn because a technician from Mtn came from Pretoria, installed an antenna and helped me to get 3G Internet reception and also because the signal strength and speed of Mtn was better than that of Vodacom. I was so impressed with the service that I thanked them on Hallopeter. Unfortunately during the last two to three months the signal strength and speed deteriorated. In the beginning of December 2012 I sent an email to Mtnsp and asked them to investigate the problem. They asked their Coverage department to do it who asked the "Coordinator" to do it. Up to now nothing has been done. The signal strength and speed deteriorated further and most of the time I only get "EDGE" or even "GPRS". Ironically Vodacom now has the fast Internet and strong Signal! Please ask Mtn why nothing has been done to rectify the problem.
