Incompitance and poor sevice

Went to Mtn Eastgate on Friday 11 October to replace a sim card. Paid for and recieved a new sim card. the cellphone number on the new card was incorrect.. After 6 visits back to the store, poor service, empty promises, I still do not have a working cellphone. its now the 14th of October. Can;t wait fro my contract to expire.
