Waiting for a week to have my cellphone activated

On Monday 6 Jan I received a phone on a new contract. it was done by Kobus. On Thursday I phoned to tell them that my simcard is still inactive. I was told that the number was duplicated and given another number. Friday afternoon, still nothing. I phoned again and spoke to Fezile who told me that the card has to be Rica'd. and that she would do it straight away. On Sunday I still had nothing and went to them again. I was told that the card would be attended to on Monday and I just received a shrug of the shoulders. this morning I had to phone again and I was told another 2 to 24 hours turn around time as the people was not working over the weekend. this is the worst service ever, and I refuse to pay for a contract I do not have. I do not even have the cellphone number, and I told them that this is for business purposes. now I will wait another day to see what happens.
