Altech tracking device does not work

So i had a tracking device installed into my car sometime last year. i was told i need to call altech to test the device. I called them 4 days ago to get it tested and the lady booked a test for me and promised to call and email me the report. after several hours with no response from altech i give them a call again and i am told they didnt get any signal from my car, mind u they did not bother to call and let me know. apparently the car has to be mobile, in other words my car can be, parked and stripped and they wouldn't be able to pick it up. so i schedule another test for 5pm when my car will be mobile, and again i get no response. the next day i call and the same young lady answers and tells me she forgot to book the 5pm test and apologizes proforously. I book a 1pm test and get no response, so i call and they tell me they are not picking up any signs. yesterday i called and was passed on to several people until i gave up. Today i called at 9pm to book another test and the lady promised that she would call, to no surprise no call. so i am paying a monthly fee for a device that doesn't work and rubbish service from my service provider.
