VODACOM CANNOT EVEN CONSIDER DISABILITY AND REASON

It is now 3 years and i am to be paying off an old vodacom contract after logging several complaints and loosing my job and having a disability AND sending all relevant documentation i am still pushed from pillar to post to get some help. I was on a 300 top up and had to cancel my contract in advance as i lost my job and could not afford it this was nov 2011 the person told me there will be a 900 to pay as a penalty fee and i took the offer and made an arrangement to pay on months i could scrape up the monies. I then went and was advised that i have to pay over 2000 by attornies who i had not been informed off had my account. I fought this and then offered 1500 settlement and this was not accepted by vodacom at the time. the customer service manager who called regarding my complaint was so rude as well and from there on nothing happened besides my acc being moved to more attornies. I dont understand how can vodacom be so ridiculous to do this considering a client who has no funds monthly and explains disability etc and nothing gets done or accepted. I would like your new CEO to address this issue with immdeiate effect
