Wrongfull listing with ITC and refusal to remove

I had a cellphone contract about 3 years back with vodacom. I decided to cancel this contract because I recieved a company cellphone. I canceled with vodacom and they said it is cancelled. After a few months I received a e_mail from VVM attornies that vodacom appointed to collect debt. I paid VVM also but there was a default allocated against my name. I asked vvm and they said that vodacom received documentation that everything was paid. I asked vodacom and they said they needed the confirmation from VVM. I was again patched througth to vvm. I asked them to send the confirmation to VVM... This happened for a time. I then appointed LUCID to help solve the problem. I included proof of payment from VVM. Lucid then said the case is closed because vodacom send them a letter that it was not paid. i phoned vodacom again and they said I must phone VVM...
Please help me solve this.
