I recently changed to MTN service provider and needed to get my roaming activated as travel quite frequently. I contacted the call center to get it activated. After some ridiculous paperwork I sent to Themba i still have not been able to get my roaming activated. This is not even close to the 4 weeks I had a very hard time to get my voice mail activated and still cant seem to get my notifications activated. It seems as if 90% of the call center personnel are incompetent to do their job whatsoever and the only way to get something done is to "ESCALATE" the problem to a higher level and wait 3 weeks. I would really appreciate it if someone with any form of knowledge can contact ME and sort this out as i am fed up with waiting on a call center line 2 or 3 hours daily to get the most simple problems sorted.
