My husband flew toGermany for 2weeks on the 10/3/13. He paid on the 7/3/13 R2500 for them to activate roaming. They don't send any confirmation that it has been activated, after he phoned & mailed them numerous times it hasnt been activated & the problem hasnt been resolved. He is in Germany at the moment, & e-mailed that his roaming is not active, I phoned CellC and gave them, my husbands ID, cellnr, ref nr & home address. They dont want to help cause I'm not the account holder, they need a voice confirmation from him to give permission for me to help, HOW CAN HE GIVE THEM PERMISSION IF HIS ROAMING'S NOT WORKING? Their reply to this was we have to wait till he comes back to resolve the problem, do you think he needs roaming then when he's back??? He wanted roaming while he's in Germany!! This is ridiculous! Due to their incompetence I cant contact my husband or he his family for a whole 2 weeks!!! They take your money but dont give the service you paid for!! My whole family is upset, due to CellC that does not want to help!!! Thanks CellC, for not keeping people connected!!
