I Lodged a complaint on the 27th of October 2013, with Regards to my Wifi (MIFI) not working on and off and the signal being shocking)

The service was great for the first few months, But I have noticed the service deteriorating

I did not hear back from telkom after the promised 72 hour reaction time, I have now followed up with Telkom every three days and they keep on telling me that the report has been escalated almost three weeks later I am still awaiting a response from the technical department to send out a technician with regards to the problem.

am paying R400 a month for a service that is not working. The service I have received is nothing but pathetic.

Tyron the call centre manager who's surname I forgot to get gave me an incorrect number and I cannot contact him
