I DONT OWE YOU MONEY!!!

Hello!! Is anyone going to deal with my query logged on 6 August??? And now Telkom is harassing me about an account that was supposed to have been sorted out 5 or 6 times! The most recent person who promised me that this was sorted out was the manager of Cresta branch who handled the 8ta contract I've been complaining about! Initially the contract was declined as Telkom claimed there was an outstanding account on my name. I sent proof to the manager of Cresta Telkom Mobile branch (I think his name was Irfaan) that the account was sorted out 2 years ago. HE then promised to sort it out. He later confirmed there was no outstanding amount on any account related to me, in fact he showed me a printout showing a 0 balance for Terry Rashid Trading, and the contract with 8ta was approved. If there was any outstanding amount the 8ta contract would not have been approved.
Telkom is a frikken nightmare! I have had nothing but drama for years and there is no-one who will take responsibility for sorting anything out.
FIX YOUR RECORDS - I DO NOT OWE YOU ANY MONEY FOR A 3 YEAR OLD ACCOUNT.
FIX YOUR NETWORK! WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH A PHONE THAT DOESNT WORK - NO CALLS, NO SMS!
