No response to pleading for help

I have been waiting three weeks for a response from Vodacom on a query regarding data billing. This includes following up on numerous times, pleading with the call centre for some form of action to get it resolved and escalating upon escalating upon escalating the problem. The problem entails a possible mistake that amounts to R2300. It seems Vodacom is hoping that if they leave it long enough I will forget about it. What Vodacom doesn't seem to grasp or care about is that taking cash from a client with no proof of supplying something in return is! They have a lovely call center department but they have as much authority on solving problems as I have. It seems behind this call center sits a bunch of incompetent, lazy and probably criminal employees who cares about nothing but themselves. Vodacom has forgotten what the concept of creating value means. If this is the new culture of big corporate companies in South Africa then the future of this country looks bleak indeed.
