Yet again...

This is my third complaint on Hellopeter, I have talked to the call centre 30 times, I even sent an e-mail and still no luck.

I can predict Vodacom's response to this message. It will be the following:

Hello Rushoek,

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. (ye right)

We will be in contact with you in order to address this matter. (really? When?)

After my last complaint that I can't see the balances on my three data contracts I actually had a call from Vodacom. A very nice guy told me that my balances should show. Unfortunately I wasn't at my computer..

When I looked at my account on Vodacom's website 1 of the 3 balances was actually there. The other 2 still tells me there is no bundle info.

So I called Vodacom and they assured me they will escalate the problem. That was a week ago.
Then I sent an e-mail... a lady assured me she will escalate the problem...

I think my problem has been escalated so many times that it is traveling by lightspeed at this stage.

And all I ask is that somebody catch the problem for a change and stop escalating it
