How's this for bad...

Have a dedicated server with Afrihost with WHM installed, and try getting DNS to work for almost 2 weeks now (on WHM). It's a self-managed server, but the packages you pay a monthly fee for should at least work in my opinion, self-managed or not. I eventually contact Gian, the OWNER of the company directly, and get a random email from James (acting as-if nothing is wrong, not addressing my concerns, or apologizing for inconvenience, just NOTHING). So I ask James about this ignorance and delayed service, and from there, they have just been ignoring me flat ever since.

Afrihost's Mission on their tedious IVR line is "Our mission is to give you the best service ever", but not even the owner lives up to the company's mission

I have not had the time yet, but I will be closing my account with them soon, and they will never see me again. REALLY PATHETIC!
