Cell C will not stop sending me their promo SMSs

I have asked CellC on numerous occasions to stop sending me their SMS spam. They simply refuse and keep on sending them and disregarding my communication preferences. When I then contacted the call center again, demanding them to stop sending me the spam or cancel my contract, they told me someone from cancellations would phone me back. It is now 4 days later, and they still refuse to even contact me.
