Bad Service

Hello,

We had a problem with our emails a couple of months ago. We requested that our email server be cleared and after a big hassle with Afrihost they finally said that they cleared the server.

This weekend we started having the same problems with our emails as nothing went through. Error message that came up was the same as last time that our email server is full.

We are running a business and if our emails aren't going through then our clients can't send their necessary documents.

I left 2 messages for Afrihost this morning before 9 o'clock for a manager to call me back. We are at 1 o'clock and still nothing from Afrihost.

I left a message on Afrihost Facebook page and instead of replying me on the message they just took of my message.

Ignoring clients and not coming back to them are really bad service. Not fixing the problem as you said you would also bad service. Not the way to do business Afrihost.
