Afrihost Service Stinks

One of the primary reasons we moved our services to Afrihost (we currently have a basic dedicated hosted server with you) was because of your perceived good service. I am very sorry to say but your service stinks. In general, support queries takes very long to be addressed. We are supposed to have 2 x 1TB HDD's on our dedicated server but it surprisingly turned out we have 2 x 500GB HDD's! We raised this issue more than a week ago and it has still not been resolved - despite several follow-up emails your service desk simply doesn't respond. Promises to be phoned back (after phoning and holding in-cue for several long minutes) are also not being kept. Your service stinks. This whole thing is now costing our business a lot of money!!!
