Fed up with bad service

I am once again utterly disappointed with the service received!!!
Took my BB Z10 (upgraded contract in March 2013) in for repairs at Tygervalley shop. Both the assistant and manager had a look at the handset and agreed that the screen had to be replaced as well as the speaker and the memory card slot was faulty and not reading the card, in the interim i have also noticed the screen rotation gets stuck. It was sent to the advanced repair center and sent back for collection 2 weeks later with a so called software upgrade to an older version than is currently available. All repairs that was supposed to be done as stated on job card was disregarded. I use my handset for business on the road and pleaded with the consultant that i cannot be without my smartphone for an extended period of time. If this is the kind of service you have to bear with for a service you are paying for on a monthly basis i do not want to be a customer of such a institution any longer! I am Fed up!!! I want my handset replaced asap as i refuse to hand it in again just to receive it back as it was when handed in. Job card no:9239147
