It is with great dismay and disappointed in the manner in which your staff has treated my query. On the 27th April 2013 I purchased a Sony Xperia V handset to the value of R 6989.00, at Bayside Shopping Mall. A week later (06th May) I had to return the cell phone as it would not charge and was faulty, thinking that it was a brand new handset it would be replaced. However this was not the case and was told in a condescending unhelpful tone that the handset would be sent off for repairs and there is nothing they can do. Or that they can replace the handset. I was totally shocked at this seeing that this was brand new handset. Neither the manager (Remelia) or the assistant (Ashley) seemed to be cared or worried that this would impact me, neither did they have the empathy in suggesting a courtesy handset for the interim. I literally had to tell the assistant to photocopy my proof of purchase, take out my sim card before he sent it off, only to get home to realize that I was not even given some receipt that the handset was taken in. The service was nothing less than parochial. This had to be the worst customer experience I ever received. I have work internationally and this is so sad
