No-one in that Call Centre seems to have the ability to fix my problem on Newshost server.
I spent over 1 hour on hold waiting for a agent.
They give me wrong info and have no clue as to fixing a THROTTLED CAPPED account. that should not be throttled in the first place.
The Call Centre is a inch away from taking bottom spot from Telkom.
