Terrible shopping experience & customer service!!!

I would like to bring to your attention the worst customer service ever received from any retailer, yesterday, 11 October 2013, from Vodacom in Ferreira Street, Nelspruit.

I went in to do an upgrade and my mother to take out a new contract, as I convinced her to cancel her contract with MTN and rather go over to Vodacom.

After our experience yesterday, we are contemplating cancelling both contracts and going to MTN.

Firstly, we were served by a casual, called Willie, without any supervision or assistance from any permanent staff member. He had no clue what he was doing and it took him just under 2 hours to complete these two contracts. While assisting us, he actually fell asleep behind the PC no less than 5 times. He could not figure out how to load the banking details and also did not go and ask for assistance, during which times he fell asleep!!! None of the staff members walking back and forth past us ever offered any assistance.

I paid for the items that I took, asked for a car charger and was told that there was no stock, while the shelve was full of stock, I asked for a pocket for my S4 that automatically locks and unlocks the phone and even explained that they had ma
