So much for uncapped

I've had a look around and see that I'm not the only person having this problem.

See, I took out a 1MB uncapped account last year and have now been throttled for the second time in as many months without any warning or justification. My download speeds rarely exceed 4kb/s during the day and I jump for joy if it hits 40kb/s during the evening, so there is no way that I can be an "abuser" as MWeb so nicely puts it.

When I was throttled a month ago, I was told that I would need to chill on my downloads for a max of three days and everything would be sorted. Four days later and when I phoned I was informed that it usually takes five days to reset, which makes me wander if the staff at MWeb have a clue about the products they are selling.

This level of service is beyond disgusting and I find it difficult to believe that I was once an avid supporter of them.

I would truly like to understand how it is that I have come to being throttled again and just what justification MWeb has to do so? What is the point of taking an 1MB uncapped account if I get throttled down to a 512kp/s line by the middle of the month?
