Internet service went on the blink for 3 days. Contacted the call centre. First call, reaction time very slow, I was impatient and disconnected, second call, received some joy, willem helped us, directed us to a page and cut us off, third cal khechiccee tried her very best to assist only to inform us that the cable provided by telkom is faulty, we must buy a new one even though we connect wirelessly. All this took 1 and a half hours. I am paying telkom for an internet service that I can't use.
