I have had a contract with MTN SP for the last 10 years. I went for a contract because I never wanted not to be able to make make or receive phone calls for business. In the last few months MTN has had a habit of disconnecting my service without informing me and later telling me I have exceeded my limit of R1000! I had exceeded this stupid limit almost every month in the last 3 years and have never not paid them. Now they have disconnected all my services including free ones like their 808 number and 100 for checking voicemail, unless they were charging me this without my knowledge. The one that infuriates me the most is that I cannot even make emergency phone calls! I have had enough of this nonsense I want to cancel this contract and no one if forthcoming with how much the termination costs are. MTN has inconvinienced me for the last time. I am taking my business elsewhere.
