I had a debit order (R100pm) on my pay as you go (no contract) account there were always funds to pay it and it was duly deducted.
In May 2012 I was disconnected, but payment went through after phoning and getting no satisfaction, no explanation I received an e mail from Mr Hadebe as by this time (31.10.2012) I had destroyed the card he advised me to do a sim swap... he admitted that the number had not been used... but what about the credit for payment and no service!
I went to the bank and tried to stop the debit order but FNB stated that Virgin kept changing payment code. was finally after paying a small fortune in bank charges R70 every time to stop payment and R165 when it was returned to Virginable. but kept coming back!.another R100!... was able to stop it this month October 2013. In the meantime the Virgin outlet closed down near me. I have had one endless battle. Sir Richard Branson this baby of yours is a disaster.
I am a pensioner and disabled my cell phone is vital to me.
VERY DISSAPOINTED IN VIRGIN MOBILE (ps I would like some of my money back my bank statements prove payment R1700 is without bank charges)
