I signed a 24 month contract with Virgin Mobile, but have constantly no network coverage and no Internet connection. The agreement is that I pay X amount and Virgin Mobile provide me a product or service for the monies render. But this is not the case, why should I pay for something I do not receive. Another problem is that debit orders has gone off my bank account when enquiring about it at the bank the debit orders were from a Mobile Direct when phoning them there is only a voice message telling you to contact 123 Virgin Mobile customer care number. I never gave anybody consent for my banking details to be disclosed to anybody. 123 is useless because the staff working there is also not aware of any of the Mobile Direct debit orders and that the voice message referred you back to Virgin Mobile. I also have only received on account the first month and nothing again.

I wonder if Richard Branson knows how bad this company is and its track record under the South African people, that is affiliated to him?
