I got a call to upgrade on the 29 of July and was told the phone will be delivered to me. The delivery guy called we agreed on a certain time he came late but I had gone underground so I did not get the phone its now 3months. When I call the call centre its either they hang up on me or I get told someone will call me but they never do. I've been billed for the past 2months yet I'm not even having the phone as per agreement. This shows me bad customer service and that mtn does not care about me but all they looking for is my money. Even after complaining to them not once but a few times there is no follow up to try find out if I've been assisted.
