Non delivery of phone - terrible service delivery

On 17th Dec I applied for an upgrade to an existing contract for an iPhone 5. I was told that it would take between 3 and 7 daysfor delivery, so I was satisfied as it was to be my daughters Xmas gift. I was told there was only the iPhone 5C in stock, and which colour would I prefer. I told the lady from upgrades that I would prefer a pink one, however, if not available I would settle for a white one. I did not receive any comms, updates or tracking numbers. On 23rd Dec I called and was put through to Deliveries, where a gent told me that it had not been dispatched as they were awaiting a pink phone, of which there were none in stock. I told him that I didn't care, and we agreed on sending me a white phone. He went through the dispatching process while on the phone with me, and told me it would be sent the next day. Obviously I had now missed Xmas, however I thought the phone would arrive on Friday 27th or Monday 30th Dec. When I called Followups on Tues 31st Dec, I was told that nothing had been sent to me, as there was no stock!!! I asked to speak to a manager from Customer Care and spoke to Sibongile who was very apologetic and promised to call me by 2pm. No call - Disgusting
