Never get back, No Bundles & bad service

I have 3 queries that I don't get resolved via the call centre, they just don't call me back and also don't resolve them, so I am sick of this. 1.)I upgraded earlier this year and waited for more than a month for my new phone (after several promises), but eventually received it. A week later I received another phone, I then contacted Autopage to tell them about this and also mailed Brian there, nothing. I phoned them twice after this to ask them what I need to do with this phone, but still nothing. Also told them that if I don't hear something back from them, I will keep the phone, still nothing. (every time they tell me that Amanda will call me, but nothing) 2.)My new contract (upgrade) started in August 2013, I received my data and airtime in August (17 August 2013), but not my sms bundle and then it started taking airtime for the sms's (why would I have a bundle). I phoned them and nothing happened, phoned them again, still nothing. Went to a store, they said they will credit my account with the R50 for the bundle, but what about the sms cost (bundle rate are much cheaper) - still not resolved
3.)Same as above, just my data bundle this time. PLEASE HELP
