Home choice is constantly harassing me

After countless annoying calls, mails and sms's I have contacted the call center to remove me from the mailing list. I don't know where they got my info from but I certainly DID NOT give them permission to contact and harass me constantly...
If they have obtained my details through a 3rd party they are in contradiction to the CPA. NO OTHER PERSON may opt in for any marketing on my behalf, and the fact that I have registered with the DMASA (that they proudly state they are affiliated with) to opt out of any direct marketing should be taken as them ignoring the fact that I do not want to hear from them or any other direct marketing company.
Yet today I received another one of those books in the mail after calling and requesting to opt out... Why should the onus with me to opt out of something I never gave permission for, wasting my time and money making calls to get them to leave me alone! I will be reporting them for this as I have requested opt out and they are still carrying on. I have my right to not receive marketing and not having my time and privacy invaded by unwanted marketing.
