CELL C: ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE ON SAMSUNG S3

I have recently upgraded my contract and received a Samsung S3 in January this year. This phone has been giving me problems with the Mic which is ridiculous as its a brand new phone. I have given this phone in for repairs to Cell C Cresta in March which takes at least 3 weeks to get back. The phone was returned to the shop just after 3 weeks of being booked in, i take the phone home and realise that nothing was fixed. I go back to the branch and they tell me that they have to book it in again, so i give it in and wait another 3 weeks, the technician has the nerve to write on the report that the phone's mic was exhausted and then to me and say that the unit for the mic has now been replaced. Yet again i go home and the phone is doing the exact same thing. So for the third time i go back to the shop only to be told that it needs to be booked in again. Firstly I am still without a phone from March and have not heard anything regarding the replacement of this phone, secondly as per feedback that i have received, "A Phone that is booked in for the same problem for 3 times should be replaced with a new one".

Cell C, There is no way that service should be this pathetic.
