I have opened an account with 8ta mid July. The service I though was brilliant as they contacted me 3 times to confirm my banking details and debt date. I have opened an account with 8ta mid July. The service I though was brilliant as they contacted me 3 times to confirm my banking details and debt date. The next day and the day after I called to make double sure that monies went off and on both this occasion the customer service department stated it did go off I must not worry. So I transferred the remaining money to my other account. On the 07/09/13 I saw they took the money. I called them stating that this I not my debt order date and why did they take the money off again after they stated to me 4 time that it was paid and the money went off. I asked to make arrangements for that money to get paid monthly until full amount was paid off, seeing Telkom mobile stated it went off 4 times. So Grace the lady that I spoke to stated that she will log a call and some one else will call me back to make arrangements. I also asked for Thumelo the supervisor to call me, still waiting to this day. 7 Days have past. I need a manager to call back as this i only half of the complaint. Useless!
