Case # 6775014 - no contact since 5 July

On 5 July, I contact [Email Removed] to report that despite being promised full coverage when I took out my contract, I have only Edge. I was told:
'Good Day, Indeed area in question is well covered with 3G network please call 0831555 for further assistance.'
This I did and after a long conversation was told I would be connected to someone who could help me. I was connected to a company called Headquarters who said they couldn't help me. I reported this on email and was told:
'We value you as a customer and will respond to you as soon as possible. Please note that our business hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00. This department is closed over weekends and public holidays.
Your reference number for this query is 6775014 and is also displayed in the subject line of this email. Please do not remove this reference number from the subject line when replying to this query as it enables us to track your request.'
I have yet to hear back from them. I called AGAIN today, and after going through several steps with consultant, was told I would be put through to someone who can help me. No surprise that I again reached Headquarters who told me the same thing. I am paying for EDGE.
