Pathetic Service & Bad Attitude from MTN

Good afternoon. The network in Paarl was down for a good couple of hours yesterday (21 May 2013). I enquired about it on Facebook and was told to contact which i did. I was utterly shocked and disgusted by the tone and attitude and the inaccurate feedback I received. She is actually implying that I'm lying where i have more MTN clients that experienced the same thing than i can count on my fingers and toes! I've been an MTN subscriber for more than 12 years and this is the service I have to deal with?! Below please find the correspondence:

Good Day,
System shows that there was phone calls more that 12 times after lunch, and you were on internet from 13:54 untill late at night. So there is no coverage problem at the area in question.
