Poor service from TELKOM

On Wednesday the 3rd of July I made a payment on my account. Immediately i contacted TELKOM to log the payment and have the line reconnected. They assured me that within an hour it would be connected. Three hours or so later I contacted them again as the line was still not connected, they sent an email to the reconnection department and asked me to please give it two hours and check again. Thursday morning the line was still not connected Thursday afternoon I contacted them again and a third email was sent to the reconnection department. They assured me once again that it would be on by Friday morning, and was again we are without a telephone.

This process has cost me over R100.00 in calls as you are continuously bounced around like a tennis ball. What I cannot understand is why you are asked to enter your telephone number, which you would assume should direct you to the correct department, and then each time you are told that you have reached the incorrect department and they will try redirect you. I was also told on two occasions that someone contact me to let me know what is going on and this also was not follow up.
