Over Charged and no resolution

When my monthly debit orders went off i noticed that there was additional money taken off my account. I checked all invoices and seen that Vodacom had charged me R1300 extra for September. I called the customer care line who after 30 min of trying to figure out had realised that there is another account linked to my name.
The Customer Care person said they would investigate further and phone me back within the half hour.
24 hours later i phoned again and again having to explain my story they logged a call and said i would be assisted in 1-24hours.
Its now 48 hours and i have heard nothing from anyone. How much longer do i have to wait for my money??
