I have cancelled 1 of my contracts with vodacom last month 14 August as the tern end date was the 13th August. After calling in and having the line converted to prepaid my full 2 months handset installment that was still due was released on my account which was paid on the 25 August for invoice dated 03-09-2013. This meaning i dont owe anything on this line anymore, but yet to my suprize when i checked my statement for this month the 2 handset installments are being charged again! 10th September 2013 i called in to accounts and logged a dispute which agent lee-handre assisted with and even after explaining to her for over an hour and showing her on the invoices she sent me that my 24 months handset installment has been paid she still insisted in a rude manner that i am wrong and the billing is correct even tho it means i will be billed for 26 installments instead of 24 as per contract terms and conditions. Today again after an hour on the phone being put through accounts, customer care and then cancellations this query is still not resolved. Over 2 weeks trying to sort this out with no luck! no-one seems to take responsibility for what they did wrong on my account
