I asked for assistance regarding a voucher that was not displaying the recharge pin clearly and Funiwe was given my complaint to resolve. Its been well over two months and I have still yet to be assisted. I was requested to scan the voucher more than 3times, however nothing happens. No feedback via email or phone call. Is this the kind of service that a cell c customer should be subjected to? Just to load a voucher that has been confirmed that it has not been used?
