Cell C Customer Service is appalling

My dad bought me airtime but the recharge voucher is unclear i have been battling since Monday 04/03/2013 calling CELL C very day but no joy then they request I send a copy of the voucher, but they don't get back to you I once worked at MTN and if the client had a problem the serial number was used... im contemplating moving over to MTN for good this time this is what they mean when they say "CELL C FOR YOUR SELF!!!
