I HAVE CALLING VODACOM NON STOP TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY A BRAND NEW CONTRACT HAS NOT RECEIVED THE CREDIT (AIRTIME) FOR TWO MONTHS. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE 2ND WAITING PERIOD OF 48HOURS FOR THE ISSUE TO GET ATTENTION. WHEN REQUESTING TO CANCEL CONTRACT, NOMAZI INFORMED ME THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY 10 000, AND THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THERE ROLE IN THE BREACH OF CONTRACT. SHE REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO HER SUPERVISOR AS SHE CLAIMS THIS IS NOT A VALID ISSUE AND I SHOULD LODGE ANOTHER CALL TO THE CALL CENTRE WHICH I HAVE CALLED 5 TIMES TO NO AVAIL. SHE SAYS THEY ARE TOO MANY QUERIES AND NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR MINE. DISGUSTED BY THE POOR SERVICE AND HANDLING OF MY QUERY.
