After ordering a cellphone tele-phonically I received my phone on the 2nd of October 2013. Im sad to say that VODACOM clearly does not know how to perfom a simple number porting procedure. I regret leaving my previous service provider MTN! I have been left isolated from the world unable to make or receive calls. They have been unable to activate my contract and I am being sent from pillar to post every time I call and being told they are doing a manual activation a story that has been going on since last week wednesday. On their TV ads they are clearly selling dreams i am appalled by their service
