BIS DISCONNECTED WHEN CALL LIMIT IS REACHED

Included in my current contract is the full Blackberry Internet Service, which i understand as a monthly fee and you have access to this service for a month. On the contract i also have a call limit, so when this limit is reached my phone gets soft locked. The part i don't agree with is that although the monthly fee for the Blackberry Service has been paid, this service also gets suspended and i cannot make use of it although the monthly fee has been taken as part of my contract. I cannot accept the response from the service consultants at the stores being oh that's just the way it works.

If i have payed for the blackberry service for the month i should get the full service for the month, irrespective of a call limit. It is totally unfair. I just think that the consultants i have been speaking to just have no idea how to rectify it or set it up.
