Huge data usage bill

I have upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S4 and have received bills for huge data amounts being used, whereby I do not use near as much as said and I hardly use the internet. I requested for an investigation and they phoned me today to say that all charges are correct, I then asked to please see from what sites or where this data is being used so I can ensure these are not accessed, they then resend me my itemised billing, which does not inform you of anything but date and time (this i disagree with too). Time to change service providers, and I have been with them for over 10 years.
