TERRIBLE SERVICE TELKOM

I have since April 2013 been trying to cancel one of our office lines of Curemed Healthcare Consultant number 012 663 2736 and all the supporting document were attached to the mail. Tried to phone to enquire and the message was the manager would phone me back with no response. On the invoice of September 2013 Curemed is still billed for the mentioned number. WHAT DO WE DO TO GET THIS SORTED?
