CELL C and AUTOPAGE incompetence

This is my last email of so many emails. I have spent a fortune on calls to sort it out and have spoken to so many people at Autopage since August 2012 that my head is spinning. I have tried the local Bloemfontein office. They have been very helpful and have spoke to H.O. on my behalf. Even that has not helped!!
Cell C are just the service suppliers here but have an insecure network. The service administrators are Autopage and I have had no service!!

I have heard nothing from Autopage or cell C.
As I was NOT a client of Excite how can they bill me???!!!
This is looking like with a touch of extortion.
I want closure on this before the end of the month.
I want to know how the costs were incurred.
I want to know when the permission was given to deduct such costs.
I want to know when this happened (date and time)
I want to know why the bill went from R4143 to R7466 after I had reported this matter. (I get the D/O request - it is wrong. I report this, therefore the cost should only be the monthly cost, so how do you get it to 7466???)
I want this contract terminated. Autopage have failed to adhere to their side of the deal.
