Being pushed between Autopage and Cell C

I am submitting my complaint to both Cell C and Autopage. I am like a tennis ball being hit around between these 2 giants, each refusing to take responsibility, each blaming the other. I had a 24 month contract with Autopage, which expired in June 2012, and which I wanted to retain on a pre-paid basis. The consultant told me I need do nothing other than load airtime if I wished to make calls, failing which I would be able to receive calls only. This was all I wanted, so I didn't load airtime. When I tried to use it, it gave a Limited Service message. I spoke to Autopage who told me the number was given back to Cell C, and I should call them. Cell C told me the number was not available to me as it had been RICA'd to someone else! They said I should go back to Autopage, who then told me the number was active with Cell C and all I need do is go into an Autopage branch to have it RICA'd, which I did. It still didn't work, and Autopage told me the query is now lying with Cell C, and if I'm not happy I should call the Director's office at Cell C.I don't for one moment think the Director will make himself available to resolve this. All I want is for someone to get my number going again, as it should have been.
