I sent my Blackberry in yesterday after it froze. Clear Software issue... I explained that it was urgent & needed the phone back that afternoon. Please just load the software & get it back to me.
This was not done, so I went in the afternoon (16:10) to collect it. The manager Shaun told me to wait he'll sort it out. Made me wait until closing time saying he'll sort it out. 5pm comes, he tells me its water damage they closing the job. So it took 40 minutes for him to open a phone. I then said let me see this water damaged phone. He took approximately 8 minutes to bring my open phone from the workshop roughly 7 metres away. Suspicious... Gives me this whole story & says he wont touch it the phone is buggered.

I managed to get the phone's software sorted out, yet now after they have taken it apart, my mute/unlock button does not work. They are now blaming this on me and the apparent water damage. This is absolutely unacceptable. That they can blatantly disrespect a customers requests, damage goods & then blame it on the customer. THIS WAS NOT A LIQUID DAMAGE ISSUE! This was a software issue that has now become a physical defect.
