Excellent turnaround time on callout

Called them the morning after damage occurred to telephone line and within 4 hours repairs were carried out - This is what I call service as normally one has to wait anything between 24 hours to 48 hours. I wish they were my insurance company cause 2 days later I am still waiting for an assessment never mind repair/replacement. Had Telkom had an equivalent uncapped package as what MWeb offers I will move to them today. Thank you Telkom!
